Solo days PAST/RECENT EVENTS.
ABC are hosting valuable single solo days at Lime tree farm,
to encourage mindfulness and meditation with conservation to
enhance your wellbeing.
WHO FOR?
This is for individuals, groups and team-building for
personal development and detachment from the stresses and strains of modern day
living. We engage our clients with a back-to-basics approach, which is based in
and around an area of outstanding natural beauty within the Yorkshire dales
national park ,The facilities and area are enriched with a sense of magical
charm, as expressed by the visual endearment of the stone circle and round
house which are part of the experience and facilities that in turn will enchant
your imagination on your solo day.
PHILOSOPHY
Experience with ABC the suspension of gratification by
giving now to receive self worth and gratitude in the future.
Participants will be engaging in conservation work (light
diversionary activities in a Nature reserve) by actively attending and
participating in 1-1 or workshop days on mindfulness and guided meditation to
enhance your own 24 hour retreat.
