The Solo day you choose is from 10am till 4pm at Lime tree Farm Hutts Lane, Ripon HG4 3DA and includes a healthy meal.

Please bring waterproofs and suitable footwear.

Time and space retreats to be announced soon.

The Time and space retreat includes camping fees and all meals onsite.

Please bring a tent and waterproofs, a sleeping bag and a change of clothing and suitable footwear.

Available to anyone who wants to enjoy a stilling of the mind. Lime tree farm and Yorkshire are always beautiful and are always a great place to visit.

The nature reserve generates a feeling of peace and tranquillity when attending your Solo day or Time and space retreat.

WHAT WE DO.

We all live increasingly busy lives and we need time-out to stand still, regroup and take stock of the essential aspects of our lives.

Our ‘SOLO One-Day Programme provides an opportunity to recharge and reconnect through the experience of nature and the elements with other like minded individuals.

ABC SOLO DAY Programmes run from 10am until 4pm. It has a primary focus on building individual skills in meditation and increasing mindfulness through conservation work.

It is ideal for those new to mindfulness practice, wanting to learn more. We believe it is ideal for professionals ‘needing a break’, and is available to any one from any stressful workplace situation. Professional’s from health and social care roles currently attend, wanting to understand more about rehabilitation programmes. However our courses are available to anyone from any background and especially for those with a general interest in mindfulness techniques.

We have two programmes available, each providing a different level of intervention. The SOLO DAY day as mentioned; and our TIME AND SPACE RETREAT, which is a full weekend retreat. Each draws on evidence-based material including Acceptance Commitment Therapy, Cognitive Behavioural Therapy and is delivered by our highly experienced staff team with over thirty years experience in rehabilitation programmes mediation and mindfulness.

We have bespoke programmes based upon your own individual needs and can be viewed at our ABC site.

This valuable time out from the stresses and strains of life is so rewarding, for those wanting to experience peace whilst in nature but not to far into the wild.

We believe this practical work on your own consciousness with other like minded people, from diverse backgrounds, will improve your empirical knowledge of being in the here and now and may enhance your life and the lives of others as a result.
