4pm taster session in meditation and mindfulness through conservation, for
people professionals who want abstinence as part of their lives, who want to
recharge their batteries, to regroup, stand still, reflect, refocus and take
stock of essential aspects of their lives. through the experience of nature and
the elements.

objectives for the Conservation/Meditation Day,

the benefits to the Nature reserve and ABC. This is a
special place for people recovering from life's challenges.

Fire-lighting.
Learning to make fire.
Discussion
and reflection on motives (including Maslow’s hierarchy of needs).

Learning
to be "in the now". Self- awareness and being intimately in
Nature with ourselves, others and our thoughts and feelings.

Preparation for conservation task. A review of group and interpersonal dynamics.
